In 2004, Microsoft released the Unlimited Potential (UP) Community Learning Curriculum. CTCNet proposed to test the curriculum by working with five CTCNet members to review, edit as needed, and field-test the curriculum at their centers. The project and the CTCs produced 14 modified curricula adapted for specific populations that commonly attend centers. Two of the curricula are available in Spanish.

As part of Microsoft's efforts to promote digital inclusion worldwide, the Unlimited Potential (UP) Community Learning curriculum provides the foundation for teaching basic to intermediate technology skills in a hands-on manner. The curriculum aims to help individuals gain critical twenty-first century workforce skills needed for today's "knowledge economy" and to broaden digital inclusion. Lessons may be taught in a classroom-style setting, or as part of a self-paced learning program.
