CTN is managed by a Steering Committe of practitioners from throughout the Bay Area. CompuMentor, a nonprofit technology assistance organization is the fiscal agent and convener of the CTN. Steering Committee members provide the vision, strategic guidance, and do most of the content-related work of the CTN. CompuMentor provides administrative staffing and advises the Steering Committee on various issues. In September of 2004 CTN will also be supported by a half-time VISTA volunteer.
Steering Committe members agree to work an average of 8 hours per month on CTN activities. The CTN accepts new Steering Committee members on an ongoing basis. See the 2004 Steering Committee Member Job Description and MOU for detailed information.
