Move On
Adults | Online Activism | Seniors | YouthThe MoveOn family of organizations brings real Americans back into the political process. With over 3.3 million members across America – from carpenters to stay-at-home moms to business leaders – we work together to realize the progressive vision of our country’s founders. MoveOn is a service – a way for busy but concerned citizens to find their political voice in a system dominated by big money and big media.
Greenpeace
Adults | Online Activism | Seniors | YouthThat was more than 30 years ago, and in that time, Greenpeace has indeed changed the world, and we continue to make the world a better place. Our committed activists and supporters have come together to ban commercial whaling, convince the world’s leaders to stop nuclear testing, protect Antarctica, and so much more. Today, we have grown from a small group of dedicated activists to an international organization with offices in more than 30 countries. But our spirit and our mission remain the same. Our fight to save the planet has grown more serious – the threat of global warming, destruction of ancient forests, deterioration of our oceans, and the threat of a nuclear disaster loom large. Greenpeace is actively working to address these and other threats.

Working with Presentations
Adults | Microsoft Office Skills | Seniors | Small Business/E-commerce | SpanishWhen you have information or ideas to share with an audience, you must do some kind of presentation. You could just talk and wave your hands around a lot. But, most of us find it helpful to to see your points up on a screen from slides or transparencies. Printed handout sheets to take home and to make notes on during your presentation are also very helpful. All of these supplements to your words can be created using presentation software  (also called presentation graphics).
